About the Experience
What can I expect from the experience?
BattleKart is all about excitement, adrenaline, and fun for everyone over 1.45 m tall. Drive real electric karts on a track without physical obstacles while immersing yourself in interactive virtual worlds.
Using a system of ceiling-mounted projectors, tracks and game modes are projected directly onto the floor. Each kart is equipped with sensors and integrated technology that allow you to interact with the game elements and other players in real time.
For example: by driving over a bonus tile projected on the floor, you can unlock a rocket on your steering wheel. Press the yellow button… and launch the missile at your rivals! If you hit another player, their kart will slow down for a few seconds, giving you the chance to overtake them.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at Palacio de Hielo, Madrid, located at C. de Silvano, 77, 28043.
What are the opening hours?
The experience is open from 11 AM to 11 PM Sunday to Thursday, and from 11 AM to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, except during July, when opening hours are from 5 PM to midnight, with last entry at 11:30 PM.*

Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place indoors.
How long does the experience last?
Each game consists of several rounds and usually lasts around 15 minutes. Out of those 15 minutes, approximately 2 minutes and 30 seconds are dedicated to boarding and leaving the parking area.
Will food and drinks be available on site?
Yes, we offer drinks and snacks such as crisps, ice cream, and chocolate bars.
Is parking available?
Yes, Palacio de Hielo shopping center offers around 1,800 free parking spaces.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee additional dates. Please check the experience page regularly for the latest availability and confirmed schedules.
Is there Virtual Reality?
The experience uses Augmented Reality. The projected game modes and tracks are bright, detailed, and designed to create a fully immersive experience after a short visual adaptation period.
Does the kart actually move, or am I sitting in front of a screen?
You are not sitting in front of a screen. The kart moves for real, and you drive it at full speed inside a darkened arena. You accelerate, brake, steer, and activate bonuses using the buttons on the steering wheel at the right moment.
How fast do the karts go?
Kart speed is adapted to each game mode and track surface. The goal is to deliver thrilling acceleration and instant restarts when slowed down or stopped by opponents’ attacks, for example.
Is there a dress code?
There is no specific dress code. Casual clothing is perfectly fine.
Will merchandise be available?
Food and drinks will be available for purchase.
About the Tickets
Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are available: On the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store
On the Fever website Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Yes, there will be a ticket office on site. However, tickets may sell out before you arrive, so we recommend booking in advance through the Fever app or website to secure your spot.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, tickets can be transferred free of charge through the Fever app by selecting “Transfer Tickets.” Please contact us if you need additional help and include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly through the Fever app.
I can’t find my ticket. What should I do?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app. Make sure you are logged in with the same account used to purchase the tickets. If you still cannot find them, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
For this event, ticket dates can be changed through the Fever app up to 48 hours before the event. After this period, changes will no longer be possible. All sales are final, and refunds are not permitted except in cases of force majeure. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information. Can I make a group booking?

Do I need to arrive at the start time of my session?
Guests should arrive 15–20 minutes before their scheduled session to ensure smooth entry. Once the game has started, access to the arena will no longer be possible.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, animals are not permitted at the venue, including service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible and adapted for guests with reduced mobility. However, the karting experience itself is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
What items are prohibited? Can I smoke or vape?
Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited.
Is the experience accessible for deaf or visually impaired guests?
Unfortunately, this experience has not been adapted for deaf or visually impaired guests. We are continuously working to make our experiences more inclusive and encourage you to explore other experiences available in your city.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, this event does not include strobe lights. However, some guests may still be sensitive to certain visual content. Please consult our Legal Notice for additional recommendations.
Are seats available? Can I stay seated during the experience?
This is an immersive karting experience, and guests will remain seated in the karts throughout the game.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, restrooms are available at the venue. Please ask our staff for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, feel free to take photos and share them. Please be mindful of other guests while doing so. Flash photography, professional equipment, and tripods are not permitted.
Where can I ask about lost property?
Please ask the venue staff if your belongings have been found. If you are no longer on site, contact battlekartmadrid@sparkisland.es. Is there a cloakroom available?
Yes, free lockers are available on site.
Is there an age or height requirement? Are strollers allowed?
All ages are welcome as long as guests meet the minimum height requirement of 1.45 m.
Strollers are not permitted.
Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or adult.
